Fund Racial Justice

Use the money you'd spend on a cup of coffee to support the movement for racial justice.

In response to outrage over the viral video arrest of Donte Robinson and Rashon Nelson - two Black men who met up at a Starbucks in Philadelphia for a business meeting - Starbucks is closing 8,000 of its stores on May 29th for racial bias training.

It’s great that Starbucks is making an effort to educate its employees. But eliminating systemic racism takes a movement.

So today, we’re asking you take the money you’d use to buy a coffee or a latte and use it to strengthen the movement for racial justice. At Advancement Project’s national office, we work directly with grassroots partners to build power in communities of color across the country. Your coffee money would help us provide organizing, communications, or legal support to the movement. We’ll make the most of your donation.
