Public Comments on Discriminatory School Discipline

Advancement Project National Office and the Alliance for Educational Justice (AEJ) submitted public comments to the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) in response to a Request for Information about what the U.S. Department of Education and Department of Justice should do to address school discipline and whether they should potentially bring back or revise the rescinded 2014 school discipline guidance under the Obama administration.
