Kim Evans
Legal Administrative Assistant
Kim Evans is Advancement Project National Office’s legal administrative assistant conducting legal research, assisting with organizational logistics and coordinating events. Prior to joining the team, Kim worked for three law firms including: Grossman and Sandoval doing legal research, time keeping and proofreading of legal documents; Brown and Schwaninger a communications law firm doing federal communications research and restructuring filing systems; and as a defense lawyer personal assistant.
Kim has managed client files for an emergency services restoration company where she interacted with insurance companies to assist clients with claims and earned the reputation of having the best success rate of completing claims. Kim was also a listing coordinator for the Banner Team, a Long & Foster luxury real estate agency. In addition, she served as a senior apartment community leasing coordinator, liaising with prospective residents and coordinating events.
A Washington, DC, native, Kim studied business management at Kaplan University, was vice president of Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO) and a member of Gamma Chi Beta, a co-ed business fraternity.
In Kim’s spare time, she is an entertainment manager and owns an internet radio station. She’s very passionate about Advancement Project’s mission.
