Excerpt from ICE Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Regarding Abuses at ICA-Farmville Detention Center

Advancement Project National Office filed litigation (Case number 19-cv-764, Advancement Project v. DHS et al.) against ICA-Farmville, a privately run U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility with the worst COVID-19 outbreak in the country. With 339 people testing positive for the virus over time, the for-profit immigration jail is a tinderbox for infection and the pandemic has made the already deplorable conditions, medical neglect, and abuse even worse.
