Michael Reddy

Michael Reddy joined Advancement Project National Office in March 2021 as the Development Manager of Grants & Institutional Relations. Prior to that, he served as the Development Manager at Holistic Life Foundation in Baltimore, MD and Development Associate for Institutional Giving at the Folger Shakespeare Library.

Michael got his start in development by helping his mother write grants for her small, community-based non-profit in rural Mississippi. The conversations that they had about organizing, program design, and, most importantly, the collective power of local people to effectuate change in their community ground the way that he approaches his work. Being able to support the work of organizations working on behalf of marginalized people sustains him both personally and professionally.

Michael holds a Master of Arts in English from Middlebury College (Bread Load School of English) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Roanoke College. He lives in Baltimore with his two sons.
