The following is a 2020 overview of rights restoration across 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. It identifies each of the 13 states represented at our Rights Restoration Convening which took place in February 12-14, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. It also includes a quick summary of federal and state rights restoration legislation and national trends.
