Florida Rising v. Laurel M. Lee

Advancement Project National Office, along with a coalition of civic engagement organizations, filed a lawsuit against Florida Secretary of Laurel M. Lee to block the implementation of Senate Bill 90, Florida’s voter suppression law. The complaint was filed on behalf of Florida Rising Together, Faith in Florida, Equal Ground Education Fund, UnidosUS, Poder Latinx and the Hispanic Federation. Read the full complaint to learn more.
