Concerned Black Clergy v. Brad Raffensperger

Advancement Project National Office, along with a coalition of faith and civic engagement organizations, filed a lawsuit against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to block the implementation of Senate Bill 202, Georgia’s monster voter suppression law. The complaint was filed on behalf of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference Inc., Concerned Black Clergy, the Justice Initiative, Mijente, the Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights (GLAHR), Sankofa United Church of Christ, Faith in Action and others.
